Wonder if I get divorce or still with my husband? Nope, we are not divorce nor we are together. We still separated. We separated since I chase him out of the house...if you read the blog here...that the time he living together with his girlfriend. We never been back together since then. Er..there is one time we stay together, but it's like another chapter of my story. You will understand if you read my other blog...it's really complicated.
Wonder why I didn't get my divorce after so long? Well, there is so many reason:
- The first lawyer try to 'play' with me. First she said the fee 2.5K, then she said 5.5K. When she said 2.5K, I already pay the fee to open the file. When she said the fee rising up to 5.5K, I was stunned. The reason for her to increase the fee because she not consider my case as joint petition...she said my case is a contested case.
- Then I go to Legal Aid Council - they reject my application. They said my salary quite high. I try to tell them that after pay all the debt I won't have much money left. They still say no.
- Then, I called BBG (Biro Bantuan Guaman). they too reject me.
- I search in the internet if I can do it by myself. So I go to high court to check - NO HOPE. They said I still need a lawyer.
- Ok, look for another lawyer, I check few more lawyer, most of them asking 4.5K - 5.5K
As for myself...I guess, I am moving on. But how much I can move when I still 'trap' in this situation. Anyway I try to live the way that I know the best. Can't believe I still standing after all the thing that I've been thru...alone most of the time.
